The Annapolis Striders All Comers Track Meets were started in the early s as a racing venue for newcomers and track veterans of all ages. The organizer of these meets, Dan Masterson, originally held a couple of track meets in the late s that were not sanctioned by the Annapolis Striders. Subsequently, the Striders made these meets a part of their regular schedule to be held in the month of June typically on Wednesday evening.

Since countless athletes have achieved impressive results with Etobicoke Track-affiliated clubs in the west end of Toronto. Our athletes have a long history of participation in Olympic games, national and provincial championships, high school and public school finals, road racing, GTA-area athletic events and numerous international competitions. Several of our athletes hold records and top 10 results at the provincial and national level.
This site is here to encourage participation. We have listings from a majority of states now and are continuing to research. If you are a meet director, please check your listing and also look at what other places are doing. It is encouraging to see some of the low tech innovation employed at some of these meets to create interest.
